Who is responsible for your data

What data is collected
When you submit the enquiry form, the following is collected: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, business type, city, the service you are interested in, and the message you write.
No cookies are set for advertising or cross-site tracking by this website. If analytics are enabled in future, this policy will be updated before they are switched on.
Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser type as part of normal hosting operation. These are handled by the hosting provider and are not used to identify you.
Why it is collected and the legal basis
Your enquiry details are used for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you go on to become a client, to deliver the services you have asked for.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you choose to submit the form, and legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry directed at me.
Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list from the enquiry form.
Who processes your data
Form submissions are delivered by email using Resend, an email delivery provider. Your submitted details pass through their systems in order to reach my inbox.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Their infrastructure processes requests to the site.
Both providers act as processors on my behalf and are bound by their own data protection commitments.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become client work are deleted within 12 months.
Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for six years afterwards, where required for accounting and tax purposes.
You can ask for your data to be deleted sooner at any time, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent for its use.
To exercise any of these, email info@mzubairkhan.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted encrypted and stored only in the email systems described above.
No payment details are ever collected through this website.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how existing enquiry data is used will be communicated directly where contact details are held.
